Mar 08,  · Keep in mind that a typical CD comes in kHz/bit. Twenty-two ABKCO Rolling Stones titles are in the queue for this treatment, including albums such as Let It Bleed, Beggars Banquet and Get.

The first National Health album was most welcome, but "Of Queues and Cures" was a masterpiece. What a lineup of musicians! The material was an extension of the Hatfield sound only with a renewed firepower that was most impressive. I recommend the compilation with all 3 albums and extra material.

Thanks W. Sheppard for recommending this fantastic album!!! Of Queues & Cures is a really awesome listening experience! Everything I like about the Canterbury scene and the lengthy complex instrumental jams is perfectly captured on this album. In fact, it's really hard for me to choose between Hatfield & the North or the National Health/5(16).

Mar 17,  · Called "Fishscale," the album is an hourlong, Tarantino-style action-adventure film, and one of three albums I programmed for a recent night with music. A conceptually linked, drug-slinging series of vivid, F-bomb-dropping narratives set in the Wu-Tang cinematic universe, "Fishscale" stars Ghostface under his Tony Starks pseudonym.

Of Queues and Cures (also identified as Of Queues & Cures) is the second album recorded by the progressive rock and jazz fusion group National Health, one of the last representatives of the artistically prolific Canterbury scene.

OF QUEUES AND CURES, a release from English "Canterbury" outfit National Health, is a satisfying, but not outstanding slice of jazz fusion, generously seasoned with the sense of adventure, improvisation and flashes of humour (mainly seen in the occasional vocals) that typify this prog sub-genre/5(41).
